Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Promote and sell Fanlight's lighting and electrical products
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic territory management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends and product developments
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
2+ years of B2B sales experience (lighting or electrical industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
